Co-founder Alexandra Prabaharan is a certified nutritionist with the American Fitness Professionals and Associates(AFPA). Prior to obtaining her certification she worked as a Food Editor for Friedchillies Media where she wrote food articles, hosted food shows, and developed recipes for the Friedchillies website.
Her love of food and nutrition is showcased in the meals she creates. The previous menu at Lunch2U and current one at Food Matters has been fully developed by Alexandra. She has kept caloric information, nutritional value, and most importantly taste in mind while whipping up the dishes in the kitchen.
Thought has been put into each and every ingredient to ensure that the meals are well balanced and flavourful. Alexandra continues to develop recipes to expand our ever-changing menu.
In addition to creating the food at Lunch2U, Alexandra promotes healthy eating throughout the city by offering nutrition talks to companies, catering for events with bespoke menus that have a healthy spin, developing recipes for clients, and writing articles on health and nutrition.
